Overview
Engineered specifically for vessels with the Volvo Penta IPS propulsion system, the SPX-CAN corepack is the “brains” of your Raymarine modular pilot system. Utilising its built-in IPS gateway, the SPX-CAN corepack interacts seamlessly with the IPS propulsion system and brings you fully integrated autopilot control.
The SPX-CAN corepack features an integrated rate-gyro processor as standard equipment. The rate gyro, combined with Raymarine’s exclusive AST (Advanced Steering Technology) software algorithms ensure razor-sharp course keeping under any sea conditions. With data connections for SeaTalk, SeaTalkng, NMEA 0183 and NMEA 2000 the SPX-CAN corepack has unprecedented connectivity for talking to other onboard systems.
Using SeaTalkng networking, connect your SPX-CAN to the ST70 Colour Autopilot Controller and unlock exclusive features including programmable fishing patterns. SPX-CAN/ST70 allows you the freedom to work the bait while it smoothly handles the boat. Programmable patterns include circles, spirals, cloverleaf, figure 8, lazy-S, zigzag, box, box pattern search, and 180 or 360 degree turns.
